Small Potatoes

1. I am officially addicted to BuzzFeed quizzes. Back in college, I devoured online personality quizzes - I wanted so desperately to be told who I was. I also majored in Psychology. But I digress. Some of my latest favorite BuzzFeed quizzes are: "Which reoccurring ST:TNG character are you?", "How big of a 'Friends' fan are you, really?", and "What actress would play you in the movie version of your life?"

2. My results: Miles O'Brien (okay...), Monica (naturally), and Emma Watson (I don't see it).

3. So I am completely into wine now. I drink it while I take my BuzzFeed quizzes. Ever since my latest trip to AIDA Bistro, I can't get enough of it. Not in the "I'm a high-functioning alcoholic" kind of way, more in the "I want to learn how to identify flavor profiles" way.

4. Tom Colicchio, Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, and Rachel Ray are sitting around a table (doesn't this sound like the beginning of a joke?) in the program on the TV here at Bean & Burgundy, my chosen writing location on this drizzly day. I have no idea what they're saying, but I have a feeling I'd enjoy the conversation immensely.

5. I've had a giant nutri-smoothie, a cup of hot tea, and an iced tea today. I really have to pee but I'm worried that someone will steal my computer while I'm away from my table. I might have to risk it though. Thought you'd like to know.

7. I am really sick of my jeans digging into my belly when I'm sitting. Does anyone (or everyone) else have this issue? When I look at myself, it's like head, torso, inexplicably deep indentation like God tied a string around my belly and pulled really hard, legs, and feet. Annoying.
