This is my favorite time of year to be outside; the air is crisp, the temps are cooler, the sunlight isn't as direct (and merciless!). You can go outside and not feel like you're practically swimming through the mugginess.
Plus, do we really need to point out how amazing pumpkin spice everything is?
This week on the podcast, we talk about some of the outdoor events and activities you can do to take advantage of Fall:
- Terrapin Adventures has lots of stuff to do, including a Stargazing with S'mores evening, Kayak nature tour, and bike and wine tour
- Rockburn Skills Park in Elkridge is a fun off-road biking experience, with six trails for varying skill levels
- Pumpkin patches and corn mazes are open! We talk about a few of the places around Howard County where you can go to get your patch on!
Finally, we talk about where we rank on Money magazine's "Best Places to Live 2014" list; hint: we're near the top!
We're starting to get some suggestions on content through our Facebook page; please Like us and put in your two cents - we want to know what you want to know!
