Mouthwatering Reads

Let's face it: as much as we would like to, we can't spend all of our time in the kitchen coming up with fantastic new recipes.  We have things like jobs, kids (or cats), and spouses that keep us occupied.  Occasionally, we even have other hobbies that keep us busy - like reading.  But you can easily incorporate your love of food in to your love of reading.  Here are some books I've read that have food as a main theme:

Fiction
  • The School of Essential Ingredients by Erica Bauermeister
  • Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen
  • Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen
  • The Girl Who Chased the Moon by Sarah Addison Allen
  • Deep Dish by Mary Kay Andrews
  • Good Enough to Eat by Stacey Ballis
  • Julia's Chocolates by Cathy Lamb
