Who wrote the book of love? (exclusive deal for you inside!)

Well, I did.  With the help of Kodak Gallery.

Question:  How do you fit all of this:

Into a box the size of this:

Answer: You don't.  It's not possible.  Well, maybe it would be possible if you had one of those storage-saver vacuum-baggie thingies that you see on TV that can take 5 bed comforters and reduce them to the size of a personal pan pizza, but frankly I think the vacuum action would only serve to crumple the delicate paper.

The truth is, after seven years together, I have collected more mementos of my relationship with my DH than an ordinary shoe box can handle.  Plus, even when the size of the pile was more manageable and shoe box-friendly, it was hard to keep everything organized.

Enter Kodak Gallery and their Quickstart Photo Books.  As part of the FoodBuzz Tastemaker Program, I was given the opportunity to try out one of their books; the offer couldn't have come at a better time, since last week's seven-year anniversary only added to my pile of memorabilia!

Once I had my photos, ticket stubs, cards, and notes scanned onto my hard drive, it was super-easy to upload the images to the Kodak gallery website and drag and drop them onto the pages.  There's even an option to automatically upload the images in the order that they were taken - so if you've recently been on a vacation, for example, the book will automatically start at the beginning of your stay and end with the final moments!  How awesome is that?  In addition, the site lets you customize the pages with backgrounds, text, borders, etc. so that you can really let your personality shine.  It lets the process be as simple or as involved as you want it to be.

I haven't received my book yet, but I wanted to post about this product ASAP, since Kodak has given me a special limited-time deal that I can pass on to you!  Between now and August 30, 2011, you can receive 40% off a medium hardcover or large Photo Book!  Just go to http://www.kodakgallery.com/creativity to redeem this offer!

I'll be sure to post pictures of my new photo book as soon as it arrives.  While I'm waiting, I'm seriously considering making some other books...wedding?  Vacation?  Cats?  So many possibilities!
