1. Are you a noisy (gym) lover? Apparently it makes an actual difference when you grunt while lifting weights. Makes sense, if you think about...er...bedroom efficacy. Being able to make some noise makes it better, don't you think?

3. Here's a depressing little tidbit for those of us with desk jobs - we're killing ourselves. So what's the answer? I can't exactly quit my job...can I?

5. If you've listened to an audiobook, do you tell people you've "read" the book? I do. I have a goal of reading 25 books this year, and considering #3 on today's list, I like to do at least some of it while moving around (like at the gym, for example). But a few of my friends say that audiobooks don't count as reading. What do you think?
