Flash in the Pan: Yolks

{Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words.  I like to call these moments a Flash in the Pan.}

"Alas, poor Yolk!  I knew him, Horatio, a yellow of infinite nest, of most excellent pastry."

Is it possible that the civil rights movement has yet to reach the culinary world, as many recipes are still labeled as "(egg) whites only"?

What about the yolks, I ask?
